Continuing in the series Passages, this painting was from a trip to Point Reyes lighthouse in Marin County. It was a spectacular day for the visit, with winds blowing and mist softening edges of the scenery.

Like the other paintings in this series so far, I created the first study of it in one of my daily paintings. It is fun to create larger new works based on those small paintings!
