Just finished this painting commission for a collector in Alameda, California.

What is not apparent from the image posted here is the scale of the piece: It measures three feet by two feet, so each individual chocolate is about six inches across!

Commissions are some of my favorite paintings, like this one of a box of chocolates. Not only was it fun to paint, the painting worked so well that everyone seeing wanted a chocolate ‘Right now!’
